In a seminar, BI and the Institute of Media and Communication at TU Dresden tackled the question:

How can complex research topics be explained in an exciting way using science comics?

In collaboration with biologist and comic artist Veronika Mischitz, students developed stories and characters about topics suggested by scientists at the Barkhausen Institut.

In the process, five comics were created that use individual visual language to present complicated scientific issues in a simple and understandable way.
