Privacy Policy
Your personal data contained in the application documents or obtained during the interview will be processed exclusively for the purpose of the selection procedure for the jobs advertised here. Legal basis for the data processing is § 11 Abs. 1 Sächsisches Datenschutzdurchführungsgesetz i. V. m. EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DS-GVO). The application documents will be stored for 6 months after the end of the hiring process in order to safeguard the applicants' right of objection and will then be deleted or destroyed in accordance with data protection regulations. Consent can be refused or revoked with effect for the future without stating reasons. In these cases the processing of the application and thus a consideration in the application procedure is not or no longer possible. You have the right to obtain information on the personal data processed concerning you and on any recipients of a data transfer. A reply must be given within four weeks of receipt of the request for information.
