M3 Platform excels at OUTPUT.DD
On June 13, the OUTPUT.DD project exhibition took place at the Faculty of Informatics of the TU Dresden. The Barkhausen Institut participated with the interactive M3 demonstrator, showcasing a tic-tac-toe game on the M3 platform.
M3 is an operating system developed by the Barkhausen Institut in which individual components are modularised and isolated to prevent potential attacks and limit damage in the event of failure.
The tic-tac-toe game attracted many young students, families and visitors. The interactivity of the demonstrator sparked great interest and led to many lively discussions about possible real-world applications of the M3 platform, its design principles and the importance of trustworthy digital systems.
The relaxed atmosphere, along with other innovative student demonstrators and interesting talks, perfectly rounded off the day.
